Here at Powder Monkey Small Arms Ltd, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send every order within the UK Mainland by Parcel Force, or by Royal Mail. This means that all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched or within 3 days.
What's more, any order that we receive before 1pm on a working day will be despatched on the same day!
However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, will usually take a little longer to arrive.
At this moment in time, we cannot ship outside the UK.
Please note delivery cost will be added to your order once your delivery country has been entered. Standard delivery to England is £5.99. Express Next Day delivery is only £12.99. Heavy goods like safes can result in a delivery charge up to £50 depending on your location. Any other delivery costs will be displayed once your order has been processed at the address stage of the checkout process.
Powder Monkey Small Arms Ltd can only deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you which can be seen in your order confirmation email. We aim to get your goods to you within 2-3 working days, but some products have specific delivery requirement which may extend delivery timescales. Please see individual product pages for more information.
If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected, then a new additional charge of £7.95 will be incurred (where applicable). Also, if goods are refused or not called for a charge of £7.95 will also be incurred. This list is not a full and exhaustive list and other reasons may apply.
Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments as availability of products can vary.
2. Stock or In-store Items
These are items that we stock in our showroom and orders for these items will take 2-3 days to arrive. If you would like to purchase the item in person then please call ahead to make sure that we do actually have it in stock.
3. Direct Shipment Items
These products are dispatched direct from the manufacturer on behalf of Powder Monkey Small Arms Ltd. In most cases they will arrive separately to any other items you have ordered. Please see the individual product pages for specific delivery estimates as each manufacturer will use a different courier. 4. Special Order Items
These are products which aren't always kept in stock or are tailor made. Special Order Items can have extended delivery timescales so for more information please see the individual product pages for specific delivery estimates.
5. Collection Only Items
These items normally require Identification (Passport) or a firearms / Shotgun certificate before they are handed over. Shotguns, Rifles, Airguns and Moderators are usually good examples. When purchasing a 'collection only' item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. In most instances you can choose to collect your item from our showroom, or if It's a firearm, from a 3rd party gun dealer. If it is the latter, depending upon your choice of gun dealer, there will likely be additional cost to yourself.
6. Pre-Order Items
These are usually items that are going to be out of stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item, you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back in stock dates. In rare occasions these dates can be changed by the manufacturers, so we recommend staying in contact with us once a month, depending on the product lead time.
7. How will my parcel be sent (UK Mainland)?
Please see below for list of Postcodes which Our Couriers do not count as UK Mainland and therefore charge us extra.
Based upon the weight of your item(s) you will have two options for your postage either Standard Postage or Express Shipping postage.
Standard postage cost [£3.95 / £4.95] dependent on the weight and size of your order and will be sent Royal Mail Second Class and should take 2 - 4 working days for delivery. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item missing until 15 working days has passed as they say it can still be delivered until this time. Replacements for undelivered orders won't be possible until after this time.
Standard Postage for multiple orders or large items will be sent using a courier and should take 2 - 3 days for delivery.
[Express Shipping postage [£8.95 (on orders before 3pm)] - items will be sent using an express courier (please note they do not deliver on a Saturday).]
8. How will my parcel be sent Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland?

Postage cost [£3.95 ](smaller items) these will be sent Royal Mail Second Class and should take 3 - 4 working days for delivery. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you.
Postage cost [£7.95] or more item(s) will be sent using [DHL or FedEx] and should be with you within 2 - 3 working days.
9. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.
10. Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us - we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
If your order has been dispatched with ParcelForce then we can track and trace it using their online system.
